The Little Black Dress Project - 2023 is on it's 7th year MISSION to help women become more self-confident, get healthy and fit, and celebrate being strong and sexy.

Meet your Coach

As a fitness professional, wife and mother of four adult children, I can relate to the challenges you face in finding time for fitness. In today’s world, staying in shape isn’t quite as easy as it used to be.

Getting to the gym or exercise, in general, gets moved to the back burner. I know how difficult it can be to stick to your fitness plan, especially when you are trying to do it all alone. It’s a lot easier to reach your fitness goals when you have someone there to guide you.

This is why I became involved in the fitness industry – I truly enjoy helping others to get in shape and stay fit and healthy.
